Welcome to our Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our products.

Digital Products (Engine Mapping)

Our digital products, including Engine Mapping, are not physical goods that can be returned. As a result, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these items. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of faulty products.

Custom Products (Pure Turbos)

Our custom products, including Pure Turbos, are made to order and tailored to individual specifications. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. 

Faulty Products

Faulty products are items that are received damaged or do not operate as described. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing full details and photographic evidence of the fault where possible. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
