General Information

All orders are processed within business hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Digital Products (Engine Tuning Maps)

Our digital products, including Custom Engine Tuning Maps, are delivered electronically through a download link. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing the download link to your product within a few hours of receipt of your order. There are no shipping costs associated with digital products.

Physical Products (Upgraded Turbos)

Our physical products, including Upgraded Turbos, are shipped to the address you provide during the checkout process.

The delivery time for the Upgraded Turbos can take up to 4 weeks, dependent on stock levels. If there are any changes to this timeframe, we will notify you. Shipping charges for physical products will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

This policy is in line with and exceeds the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale and supply of custom vehicle tuning software and upgraded turbochargers ("Products") by B58Tuning ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") through our Shopify store.

Products

2.1 Our Products are designed for use in custom vehicle tuning and upgrading turbochargers. We make every effort to accurately describe and display the Products on our Shopify store. However, we cannot guarantee that the appearance, colour, or other attributes of the Products will be completely accurate, as this may depend on your device and its settings.

Purchasing Products

3.1 By purchasing Products from our store, you confirm that:

4.1 All prices displayed on our Shopify store are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4.2 You must pay for the Products in full, including any applicable shipping fees, at the time of placing your order. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our Shopify store.

Risk and Liability

(a) The Products are intended for use by individuals with knowledge and experience in custom vehicle tuning and upgrading turbochargers;
(b) The installation and use of the Products may involve risks, including the risk of damage to your vehicle's engine or other components; and

5.2 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or in connection with:

(a) Your purchase, installation, or use of the Products;
(b) Any damage to your vehicle's engine or other components resulting from the purchase, installation, or use of the Products; or
(c) Your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

5.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with your purchase, installation, or use of the Products or your breach of these Terms.

6.1 These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
